Return Policy

Dear Customers

Here are the conditions for Return of products/Refund of payment.

1. Delivery of Product:

The flower arrangements/cakes/plants and some other products can’t be precise replicas of those shown on the website or app owing to the complexity of the products and their natural manifestations. Sometimes quality (freshness, availability) may determine the substitution of the same value of flowers. Consumers will be informed prior to preparation about this.

La Posies takes all measures to inform the consumers of these changes prior to the preparation of the product and any suitable adjustments required to the price of the product.

2. Damage during deliveries:

Any product delivered in bad condition due to defect at the vendor end or during transit would be replaced on the same day latest within 24 hours in case of late evening deliveries. The recipient must report the damage to the delivered product promptly and must be supported with substantial proof of damage caused by our vendor or delivery executive. 


3. Rules for delivery:

a) Delivery will be made as per the delivery instructions.

b) Delivery attempts will be made once only. In case the specific recipient is not available, an attempt will be made to contact the specified recipient but in case of nonavailability/delay in contacting the recipient, the delivery will be made at the given address in the most secured manner possible at the address. This will be considered as an order delivered as we can not re-attempt to deliver the order at a later time or date in these situations.

c) In case the delivery address is not traceable in spite of the best efforts, the delivery executive will contact the recipient and sender (in that order) and deliver to the nearest alternate location instructed by the recipient/sender (subject to a maximum walking distance within 200 meters from the original location). 

b) The order will be treated as non-refundable in the below cases:

1. Wrong shipping/delivery address.

2. Recipient not reachable.

3. Premises locked.

4. Wrong landlines / Mobile range or Extension range which can render us unable to contact the recipient for the delivery.

5. Recipient refusing to accept the delivery.

6. Delivered the order at the Gate/ Reception/ Neighbor as per local rules/ policy and instructions by security.

4. Substitution Policy

In case of temporary, local accessibility problems or freshness or availability, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary, our experienced team will substitute the selected products/flowers with similar theme products of equal or higher value at the sole discretion of La Posies management. We will try our best to take confirmation from the customers in such cases.

5. Rules for Duplicate Orders:

Duplicate orders will be refunded if reported within 24 hrs.

In rare cases, if there is a request for the return of goods and services other than product complains, the same shall be taken up by management as a special request. The resolution time is 3 working days.
